Individuals, environmental and community groups, major recreational and residential developers, and local government have sought out our expertise in the law of land use, platting, zoning, environment, and natural resources since 1987.  

Barnett Kalikow was instrumental in overcoming a legal challenge to the location of Quixote Village. He successfully articulated the case for the Village in a series of hearings and in Superior Court. His briefs and oral arguments were so clear and compelling that we prevailed at every level. Thanks to his advocacy, 30 formerly homeless people now have a place to live. - Jill Severn
